1:1 Coaching Terms

1. Acceptance
By completing your purchase of One-on-One AI Coaching at classiecarrie.com, you ("Client," "you") agree to these 1:1 Coaching Terms. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase. Still In The Room LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, is referred to as "Coach," "we," or "us." Coaching services are delivered personally by Carrie Allegretti on behalf of Still In The Room LLC.
2. The Program and the Coaching Term
Coaching term. The coaching term is twelve months. It begins on the date of your first coaching session. Your first session must be scheduled to take place within 30 days of purchase. If no first session has taken place by the 30th day after purchase, the coaching term begins on that 30th day.
Sessions. The program includes 24 one-on-one coaching sessions, scheduled as two sessions per month. Each session is one hour and is held by Zoom video conference unless the parties agree otherwise. Client joins at the scheduled time using the link provided by Coach.
Also included during the coaching term:
- Voxer access between sessions, as described in Section 7
- AI tools office hours, twice a month
- A monthly group call with the Career and AI group
- Membership in The Room community, and access to The Prompt Builder: Full Version, The Compensation Check: Full Report, and Your Level, Decoded, as described in Section 8
Coaching concentrates on Client’s future options and choices. It includes exploration of change, examination of core values, identifying purpose and vision, and creating a forward-looking plan.
3. Fees and Payment
The total fee for the program is $24,000. You may pay it in one of two ways, processed securely through Kajabi and its payment providers:
- Pay in full: one payment of $24,000, due at checkout.
- Twelve payments: twelve monthly payments of $2,000, for a total of $24,000. The first payment is due at checkout. Subsequent payments are charged automatically on the same calendar day of each following month. By choosing this option, you authorize these twelve charges to your payment method.
The twelve-payment option is a payment plan for the full program, not a month-to-month subscription. By choosing it, you agree to pay the full $24,000, except as provided in Section 4.
Late payment. If payment is more than seven days past due, Coach may pause sessions until the account is current.
Rate changes. The fee is fixed for the initial term. Any change to the fee for a renewal term will be provided in writing at least 30 days before the renewal date.
4. Refunds, Cancellation, and Early Termination
If you end the engagement early. You may end the engagement at any time with written notice. Fees already paid are not refunded. If you are on the twelve-payment plan, the remaining payments remain due. Your unused sessions remain available to you under Section 6.
If Coach ends the engagement, or cannot deliver it. If Coach ends the engagement, permanently stops coaching, or is otherwise unable to deliver the remaining sessions, Coach will refund any amount you have paid for sessions not delivered, calculated at $1,000 per session ($24,000 divided by 24 sessions), and any remaining payments on the twelve-payment plan will be cancelled.
Sessions that count as delivered. A session that has taken place, and a session considered used under Section 5, counts as delivered.
Sessions Coach cancels. If Coach cancels a session, Coach will offer a makeup session at no additional charge. If a makeup session cannot be scheduled, that session is refunded at $1,000.
5. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellation
Client may reschedule a session at no charge with at least 24 hours notice. A session cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, is considered used. If Coach cancels, Coach will offer a makeup session at no additional charge.
6. Unused Sessions and After the Coaching Term
Your sessions do not expire. Any of your 24 sessions not used during the coaching term may be scheduled after the term ends, based on Coach’s availability. Sessions considered used under Section 5 are not restored.
When the coaching term ends, Voxer access, AI tools office hours, the Career and AI group call, and access to The Room and the included digital products end, as described in Section 8. One-on-one sessions you have not yet used continue to be available.
If Coach permanently stops coaching while you have unused sessions, Section 4 applies.
7. Support Between Sessions (Voxer)
During the coaching term, Client may send Coach voice or text messages through Voxer between sessions. Coach will reply within 24 hours. Voxer is for coaching follow-up between sessions. It is not a substitute for scheduled sessions and is not for emergencies. If you are in crisis, contact emergency services or a qualified professional.
8. Included Programs and Community
Access to The Room community and to The Prompt Builder: Full Version, The Compensation Check: Full Report, and Your Level, Decoded is provided for the coaching term only. Coach will email you at least 30 days before this access ends. If you want to continue in The Room after your coaching term, you may join through a separate monthly subscription at the price then offered.
If Coach closes any of these products or the community during your coaching term, you will receive at least 30 days notice and, where possible, downloadable copies of the course materials.
The Room is a community. Members are expected to maintain a professional and respectful environment. Coach may remove any member from the community for disruptive, harmful, or unprofessional behavior.
9. The Nature of Coaching
Coaching is a professional client relationship designed to help Client set and reach personal, professional, or business goals, and to develop and carry out a plan for achieving them.
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment, and is not a substitute for any of them. Coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association.
Coaching is not legal, medical, financial, tax, business, or human resources compliance advice. The prior professional experience of Carrie Allegretti in human resources does not create an advisory or representative relationship of any kind, and nothing discussed in coaching should be relied on as such advice.
10. Client Acknowledgements
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to each of the following.
- I am fully responsible for my physical, mental, and emotional well-being during coaching, including my choices and decisions. I may discontinue coaching at any time.
- Coaching may touch on many areas of my life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education, and recreation. Deciding how to handle those areas and implementing my choices is exclusively my responsibility.
- Coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment, and I will not use it in place of any form of diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.
- If I am currently in therapy or otherwise under the care of a mental health professional, I have consulted that provider about the advisability of working with a coach, and that person is aware of my decision to proceed.
- I will seek independent professional guidance on legal, medical, financial, tax, business, and similar matters. All decisions in those areas are exclusively mine, and my decisions and actions regarding them are my sole responsibility.
- My information will be held confidential unless I state otherwise in writing, except as required by law or as described in Section 11 below.
- I understand that certain topics may be shared anonymously and hypothetically with other coaching professionals for training or consultation purposes.
- I have read these Terms in full and had the opportunity to ask questions about them before purchasing.
11. Confidentiality and Records
Coach will keep information provided by Client confidential. Coach may disclose information only where Client gives written permission, where disclosure is required by law, or where there is a serious risk of harm to Client or another person.
Certification disclosure. Carrie Allegretti is completing coaching certification with the Hudson Institute of Coaching. As part of that program, Coach participates in supervision and mentor coaching. Themes from coaching sessions may be discussed anonymously and hypothetically with supervisors, mentor coaches, or peer coaches for training purposes. Client’s identity and identifying details are not disclosed.
Who has access. Only Carrie Allegretti has access to your coaching information. No assistants, contractors, or staff have access.
Platforms. Sessions are held on Zoom. Messages between sessions are sent through Voxer. Your purchase, account, intake form, and program access are handled through Kajabi. Each platform handles data under its own terms and privacy policy.
No recording or AI tools. Sessions are not recorded unless Client gives separate written consent. Sessions are not transcribed or summarized by AI note-taking tools. Coach takes her own notes.
How long records are kept. Session notes are kept for the duration of your engagement and deleted when it ends. For certification purposes, Coach keeps a log of session dates and hours only, with no session content, while completing certification with the Hudson Institute of Coaching. That log is deleted when certification is complete.
12. Group Calls and The Room
The confidentiality commitments in Section 11 apply to your one-on-one coaching. They cannot extend to what you choose to share in group settings, including the Career and AI group call, AI tools office hours, and The Room, where other members are present. By participating, you agree not to repeat or share outside the group anything another member shares, and to use first names only when discussing other people.
13. Termination
Either party may end this engagement with written notice, as described in Section 4. Upon completion of the initial term, Coach and Client will evaluate the relationship together and decide whether to conclude or extend it.
14. License and Intellectual Property
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use program materials for your own individual, non-commercial use during your access period. You may use the frameworks and tools in your own professional life. You may not share login credentials or grant access to any other person, record or redistribute session content, share materials outside the program, or use program materials to create products for sale.
All program content, including frameworks, methodology, materials, and recordings, and the CARRIE ALLEGRETTI name and trademark, are the intellectual property of Carrie Allegretti LLC and are used by Still In The Room LLC under license. Nothing in your purchase transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
15. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Coaching is provided without guarantees of specific outcomes. We do not guarantee promotions, employment results, or salary changes. Results depend on individual effort, experience, and circumstances outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Still In The Room LLC, its affiliates, and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation, including loss of employment, failure to achieve expected outcomes, or any action taken based on coaching. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program.
16. Privacy
We collect the personal information needed to process your purchase and deliver coaching, as described in our Privacy Policy and in Section 11. We do not sell your personal information.
17. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a concern about your purchase, contact us at [email protected] before initiating any dispute with your payment provider, so we can work to resolve it.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms apply only to purchases made after they are posted. They never change the Terms that applied when you purchased, including your fee, coaching term, session count, refund rights, or included access.
19. Entire Agreement and Governing Law
These Terms are the entire agreement between the parties on this subject and replace any prior discussions. Any change must be in writing and agreed by both parties. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
