1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing enrollment in Still in the Room through classiecarrie.com ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("the participant" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.

2. Program Description

Still in the Room is a live 6-week group coaching cohort delivered via Kajabi. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive access to the program platform, live session links, and all associated materials for the enrolled cohort period.

Because cohort enrollment is processed immediately and program preparation begins upon enrollment, all sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge:

  • You have reviewed the program description, curriculum, and dates before purchasing
  • You understand the format (live group cohort, not self-paced or one-on-one)
  • You accept that enrollment constitutes fulfillment of the purchase commitment

3. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Failure to attend sessions
  • Dissatisfaction with content after purchase
  • Scheduling conflicts that arise after enrollment
  • Accidental or duplicate purchase

4. Payment Plans

If you choose the 3-payment option, you authorize Still In The Room LLC to charge your payment method in three equal installments of $399. All payments are non-refundable. Failure to complete the payment plan does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid. Access may be suspended if a scheduled payment fails and is not resolved within 5 business days.

5. License and Permitted Use

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to participate in the cohort and access program materials for your own individual, non-commercial use.

You may:

  • Attend live sessions and access recordings for your personal use
  • Download and keep your personal worksheets and deliverables
  • Use the frameworks and tools in your own professional life

You may not:

  • Share login credentials or grant access to any other person
  • Record, reproduce, or redistribute session content in any format
  • Use program materials to create derivative products for sale
  • Share session recordings or materials with anyone outside the cohort
  • Claim authorship of any program materials

Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included in Still in the Room — including frameworks, session materials, curriculum, and recordings — is the original intellectual property of Still In The Room LLC and is protected by applicable copyright law. Nothing in your purchase transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

7. Cohort Conduct

This is a small, curated group program. Participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful environment. Still In The Room LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from the cohort for disruptive, harmful, or unprofessional behavior without refund.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The program is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, employment results, or salary changes. Results depend on individual effort, experience, and circumstances outside our control. Nothing in this program constitutes legal, financial, or HR advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Still In The Room LLC and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program, including but not limited to loss of employment, failure to achieve expected outcomes, or any action taken based on program content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program.

10. Privacy

When you purchase enrollment, we collect the personal information necessary to process your transaction and deliver the program (name, email address, and payment details processed securely by Stripe/Kajabi). We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your email address may be used to deliver program access, send program updates, and send occasional relevant communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

11. Chargebacks and Disputes

Because all sales are final and program access is delivered immediately upon enrollment, initiating a chargeback for a delivered program enrollment may be considered fraud. 12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nevada.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to our website. Continued enrollment or participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
