Six sessions
Ninety minutes each. Long enough to get past the summary and into the actual thing.
Three months
Spaced so you have room to test what you decide, not just talk about it.

Wherever you are. You bring the situation. I bring the questions.
About the rate
I am completing my certification with the Hudson Institute of Coaching. The program requires fifty hours of coaching with real clients on real situations.
While I certify, the engagement is $750 instead of my standard $1,900.
That rate exists because I am certifying. It ends when I do.

I spent thirty years in human resources, most recently at the senior vice president level. Most of that time I was sitting across from people at the exact moment something was about to change for them. I know what it costs to be the one making the decision, and what it costs to be the one it happens to.
I am also fifty-three, recently retired, and rebuilding. I am not coaching from the far side of these questions. I am closer to them than that.
