AI is reshaping who stays and who goes. You need someone who was in the room when the decisions were made.

If you found me on Instagram

You know me as Classie Carrie. Here’s what I’m building now.

I spent 30 years inside corporate HR, working my way up to Senior Executive roles โ€” reviewing layoff lists before they went to legal, sitting in compensation decisions, watching the wealth gap between women and men play out in real time.

AI didn’t create the gap. It’s reopening one that people like me spent careers holding closed. This is what I’m here to teach you how to navigate.

30 years. What I survived. Why this exists.

I was the person who read the layoff list before legal did.

For three decades, the wealth gap between women and men was not a statistic to me. It was part of my actual job. I reviewed pay equity. I sat in compensation decisions across different countries. And every time a layoff list came to me skewed toward women, I pushed back.

The gap stayed narrower only in the places where someone was paid to watch it. Take the watcher out of the room and it widens again โ€” quietly, because the old pattern was never actually gone.

AI did not create the wealth gap. It is reopening one that people like me spent careers holding closed.

This cohort is intentionally small. Members get direct access, real answers, and a seat at a table most women never get invited to. This is not a newsletter. It is an invitation.
